We offer a 1-year warranty; however, the warranty is only valid if the lights are installed at our store or by our partners. If you have them installed at another store, we cannot guarantee that the warranty will be 100% applicable if any issues arise. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using our professional installation services.

We usually process and ship orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service. For most areas in Malaysia, you can expect to receive your order within a reasonable time frame. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

We accept returns or refunds only for defective or incorrect items, and requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the issue is not related to the product itself (e.g., wrong order placed by the customer).
